Do I need to make an appointment for wedding gown and bridesmaid dress shopping?Yes - your appointment is your "VIP" pass! We'll ensure you have a dedicated stylist who will give you an enjoyable shopping experience. You can easily book your appointment online or give us a call. We can't wait to meet you and be a part of your bridal journey!

How long are appointments?Our signature wedding gown appointment is 90 minutes long—enough time for our stylists to help you find "the one!" If you need a second date with your gown, our re-try appointments are 60 minutes—plenty of time to fall in love all over again. For bridesmaid dresses, appointments are 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how many BFFs you’ve got coming. You’ll get expert help, a cozy fitting area, and a gorgeous selection of gowns at any appointment. We highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to get the VIP treatment you totally deserve.

Can I walk-in just to browse your selection?Sure! Drop by to browse our bridesmaid and special occasion dresses, plus accessories. If you like what you see, we'll gladly help you set up an appointment so we can prepare for your group's grand entrance!

What is a trunk show?A trunk show is an event where we bring in a designers full latest collection for a limited time. You will get 10% off your dress if you purchase during any trunk show dates.

Do you carry flower girl dresses?Yes! We carry a selection of flower girl dresses that can either be purchased off the rack or custom ordered with specific colors to fit the bridal party vision.

Do you carry Mother of the Occasion dresses?While we don't carry specific Mother of the Occasion brands, plenty of our dresses work great for mothers of the bride or groom. (just ask any of the Mom's who have gotten their dress here!). We'd love to help you find something that makes you feel amazing on the big day. Feel free to drop in to browse our selection!

Do you offer any dresses that are suitable for special occasions other than weddings?Yes! Many of our dresses can be worn for other special events like galas, proms, and more. If you need a dress ASAP, we have a variety of sample sale dresses priced between $98 and $198 that you can grab right off the rack. Plus, we offer quick-ship dresses that can be ordered and arrive in our store within a week. We'll make sure you have a gorgeous outfit just in time for your special occasion.

Is Ivory & Blush Bridal wheelchair accessible?Yes! Ivory & Blush Bridal is fully wheelchair accessible. The two parking spaces directly in front of our store are reserved for handicapped vehicles and include a ramp leading into our entrance. Inside, our space is designed to provide ample room for handicapped individuals and wheelchairs, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive shopping experience for all!

What should I bring to my appointment at Ivory & Blush Bridal?Wearing nude-colored undergarments is best for trying on gowns! Bringing heels is optional; we have pedestals to simulate height for a realistic dress view.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment at Ivory & Blush Bridal?We like to keep it cozy and make sure you get all the attention you need to find your dream dress! We ask that you bring no more than 4 guests to accompany you to this special appointment.

What is your price range?Our wedding gown dress prices range from $1395 - $3595.

Why is there a booking fee?Booking fees help us eliminate no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring appointment slots are available for brides who are committed to shopping with us. The fees are $50 for our "Ivory Signature Appointment" and $25 for our "Say Yes Re-Try Appointment." These fees will be applied towards your wedding dress purchase during your appointment.

What happens if I can't make my appointment?We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us 72 hours notice, especially on the weekend so that we have the opportunity to fill your time slot and contact customers on our waitlist. We also understand that things happen, so if your appointment is within 72 hours, please give us a call.

Do you offer any wedding gowns that I can take home with me on the same day?Yes, we do offer a selection of brand new wedding gowns available to purchase and take home with you the same-day. These styles can be found under the "Our Collection > The Ivory Archive" section of our website.

How far in advance should I be coming in with my bridesmaids?7 - 12 months before your wedding date is a great time to bring in your bridesmaids! Dresses can take up to 16 weeks to come in, plus you must allow ample time for dress pick-ups & alterations.

What is your price range?The vast majority of our bridesmaid dresses are in the $200 price point. We also carry a large selection of sample sale dresses that start at $98.

I have some bridesmaids out-of-state, what do I do?It's easy! Once you narrow down your style(s), we will provide you with order instructions to pass on to anyone who cannot make it into the store. This will include an order deadline date, the designers size chart and what measurements we need. From there, your bridesmaid(s) can email us with their size and we will reply with a pay link to get their dress ordered, or they can call us if they need more assistance. When the dress comes in, we can ship it to them.

I will not be able to purchase my dress from your store, but I would like to come in and try on styles and be measured, do you allow this?Because we have limited availability especially on the weekends we would greatly appreciate knowing in advance that you need this service when requesting your appointment. Weekday appointments for this type of request is preferred. There is a $25 service fee for us to take your measurements.

Can I pay a deposit to order a dress?Absolutely! To order a dress, we ask for a 65% deposit. The 35% balance will be due within 30 days of the dress dress arrival.

What is your return policy?Because dresses are made to order with the specific size, color & fabric to fit the brides vision, there are no returns or exchanges once you order is placed and put into production. However, if your order has not yet been put into production we are able to refund you the amount you paid minus a 20% service fee.

Can I bring champagne / alcoholic beverages & food into the store?Sorry, but we do not allow any outside alcoholic beverages & food to be brought into the store.
